At Ecologic Innovation, we understand that receiving your order promptly and in perfect condition is just as important as the quality of the products themselves. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders, from our warehouse to your doorstep.

We proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders to our supported countries, with no minimum purchase required. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. No additional shipping fees or hidden costs will be applied.

2. Regions We Serve

2.1 Domestic Deliveries (Australia)

We deliver to all Australian states and territories, including metro, regional, and most remote areas.

2.2 International Deliveries

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Europe: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
  • Asia-Pacific: Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, New Zealand
  • Americas: Canada, United States
  • Middle East: United Arab Emirates

Please check that your country is listed before ordering. Orders from unsupported countries cannot be processed at this time.

3. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST are typically processed within 2 business days.
  • Pre-orders or custom items may have longer processing times, as indicated on the product page.
  • Processing begins once payment is confirmed and inventory is verified.

4. Shipping Times and Methods

All orders are delivered within 10–30 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, courier delays, remote locations, peak periods, or natural events.

  • Residential and business addresses
  • Parcel lockers (where available)
  • PO Boxes (smaller items only, depending on carrier)

6. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to supported countries. All prices on our website include shipping, there are no additional shipping fees or hidden costs will be applied.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. The tracking link will also be available in your account. Tracking usually activates within 48–72 hours, and international tracking can take up to 5 business days. In remote areas, tracking updates may be limited.

If tracking does not update for over 5 business days, please contact us so we can investigate promptly.

8. Address Requirements & Changes

  • Ensure all delivery information is correct, including apartment/unit numbers, postal/ZIP codes, and phone number (required for international orders).
  • Address changes must be requested immediately after ordering. Changes cannot always be made once processing has begun.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur reshipping or restocking fees.

9. Special Circumstances

  • Weather Events & Natural Disasters: Delivery may be delayed during extreme events. We will notify affected customers promptly.
  • Peak Periods: During high-volume seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), we recommend ordering early.
  • Bulky or Specialized Items: Large or specialized items may require signature on delivery or special handling. We will contact you if necessary.

10. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If confirmed lost by the carrier, we will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
  • Damaged Packages: Inspect your order upon delivery. Report damages within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue.
