1. Overview
At Ecologic Innovation, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to transparent, fair, and verifiable returns for all purchases made through our website. This policy outlines the terms and procedures for cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Please note that Ecologic Innovation is based in Gold Coast, Australia.
2. Immediate Order Cancellation (12h)
If you change your mind after placing an order, you may cancel it within 12 hours. Contact our support team at contact@ecologicinnovation.com within this timeframe, and we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund. After 12 hours, the order is processed for shipment, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
3. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Change of mind: items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Defective, damaged, or faulty items: returns may still be accepted even if used, provided the issue is not caused by misuse or negligence.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval.
4. How to Start a Return or Request a Refund
To begin a return or refund, contact us at contact@ecologicinnovation.com within 30 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return or exchange
- The reason for your request
- Clear photos if applicable (especially for damaged or defective items)
Our team will provide return instructions. Do not ship items back until you receive authorization.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind or sizing issues.
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us first — we will assist and may provide a prepaid return label.
- Use a tracked shipping service and share the tracking number, as Ecologic Innovation cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
6. Return Shipping Instructions
Once your return is approved, ship the item within 7 business days. Package securely to avoid damage. Returns address will be provided.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges (different size, color, or option) require returning the original item at your expense. Once received and inspected, we will issue store credit equivalent to the product value (excluding shipping). Use the store credit to place a new order. If the desired item is out of stock, credit may be applied to any other product.
Exchange Processing Time: after receiving the original item, the new product ships within 5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location (as outlined in our Shipping Policy).
8. Refund Eligibility & Process
Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and inspected. Eligible items must meet the return conditions described in section 3.
Refund Timeline:
- Inspection: 5 business days after receipt
- Approval: Confirmation via email
- Refund Issuance: Within 5 business days
- Bank Processing: 2–7 business days depending on your payment provider
If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us.
9. Partial Refunds or Return Denials
Items returned used, damaged, or without original packaging/tags may receive partial refunds or be returned without refund. Partial refunds can be up to 50% based on inspection results.
10. Sale and Promotional Items
Items purchased during promotions or sales are eligible for return, exchange, or refund if they meet standard conditions.
11. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards
- Items not in original condition or missing parts (unless due to our error)
12. International Returns and Refunds
International customers follow the same return and refund process. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent. Mark returned packages as “Returned Merchandise” to avoid customs fees. Refunds may vary depending on bank or country. Customs duties or import taxes are not refundable by Ecologic Innovation.
13. Lost or Damaged Orders
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Once confirmed with the carrier, we will issue a full refund or replacement based on your preference.
